Dogecoin is the Pet Rock
Dogecoin was created as a literal joke. Now, the people who are investing in DOGE on the word and whim of Billionaires and social media, are indeed the joke. To reiterate, you are a joke if you are investing in DOGE. Beyond barbaric day-trading and small percentage bumps, no one is retiring off Dogecoin.
Let’s talk realistically. When it comes to the valuation of BTC versus DOGE, What is pushing the growth of Bitcoin? What is pushing the growth of Dogecoin? In the case of Bitcoin, institutional adoption is the driving force behind Bitcoin’s growth. Businesses, organizations, and governments are recognizing the legitimacy and applicability of Bitcoin and are accepting it as transactional currency amongst their communities. "Blanket Bans on Blockchain are Bound to Backfire... Bigly"
I can see that as a headline of an article i'll have to write in the near future. Or maybe right now. Over these Christmas holidays, governments and their agencies have been moving decisively against crypto. Uzbekistan just banned all crypto sales. Youtube is removing crypto-related videos from several accounts. The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) just released an official warning against investing in crypto for 2020.. and then there's China.
I'm blessed to be in the company of some very dope people doing some very dope stuff; so i not only see the potential of blockchain, i get a front row seat to the birth of several applications that will change the way humanity interacts.
